Yeah.. i did.. it was so rubbish though.. cos it was done by the consultant.. who clearly has much better things to be doing.. he scanned me for literally like not even 10 seconds.. just to see if the placenta was ok.. i couldnt even work out what anything was.. but pleased bubs is good.. Was looking in the nether regions to see if i cud see anything too - thought i could see a wee porkie but i couldn't be sure - it doesn't stand up does it Razz Laughing or would it be dead clear to see....

Ask your midwife cos some hospitals actually have them to borow for free.. thats what mine does.. and they give you an appointment to show you exactly how to use them..
Did you choose to stay team green lou??

Tens machine helps block pains by sending something to your nerves.. or something.. lol.. i know nothing sciency..

Lou - the MW told me that you put the pads on your back and press the button when you get a contraction and it sends an electric signal to your brain because your brain gets two signals at once i.e the electric and pain its gets all confuzzled and the pain doesnt seem so bad?? something like that anyone. Defo doesnt take my brain much to get confused so may very well be effective Laughing

Got me thinking now - must check online again - they're quite expensive aren't they???
I think my LED unit has them for use anyway.
Have u ordered one Rainbow?

Is that so claire about the 5cm - mmmmm interesting i didn't know that - i guess getting to 5cm cud take all nite so the tens yoke would be useful then, must have a look, well i'm assuming they're electrical - but again i don't know anything about them.
